Lightning Report and Dashboard Snapshots fail with "problem capturing the image" error in CRM Analytics for Slack

The retrieval of Lightning Report and Dashboard Snapshots in the CRM Analytics for Slack app is throwing an error

Error:- It seems there's a problem with capturing the image. If you see this message again, let your admin know it's Error ID: 26284551-230472 (64707671). 

Please note that the above error code may change every time.

Lösung
To resolve this issue, ensure the Dashboard and Report tabs are added to both:
  1. The user's default app
  2. The app the user is actively using when accessing the snapshot functionality

Keep in mind that the default app setting only controls which app a user sees on their first Salesforce login. If a user switches apps during a session, Salesforce redirects them to the last app they used on subsequent logins — so the tabs must be present in that app as well.
