Omniscript Document Generation Error:: JSZip is not defined

During PDF generation in OmniScript, Experience Cloud site users may see the error:

"OmniScript Document Generation Error: ReferenceError: JSZip is not defined"

When this error appears, the PDF preview can fail to load. This blocks document review and process completion.

The usual cause is a client-side failure to load the JSZip static resource required for document generation.

Network instability or browser resource limits may contribute to the failure.

解決策

Verify the user has access to the DOCX template used for document generation.
If access is confirmed, retry document generation. Refresh the browser if appropriate, then try again.
Ensure the user has a stable network connection and limit browser activity, such as having many open tabs, during generation.
For OmniScript flows where a refresh causes data loss, add error handling to the PDF DocGen step and provide a retry option that returns the user to the flow without refreshing.
If the issue continues, collect and provide these items when opening a support case:
- Browser console logs.
- HAR (network) logs.
- Exact timestamp of the occurrence.
