Customers using Data Cloud Related List Enrichments (configured via Object Manager → Contact/Account → Enrichment Related Lists) observe that the related list component appears on their Experience Cloud site pages, but no data is rendered. The same related list displays data correctly in the core Lightning CRM UI.
Symptoms:
Related list component is visible in Experience Builder and on the live Aura site
The component shows no data for authenticated users/System admins.
No errors are thrown in the UI or in Splunk logs — this is a configuration/platform limitation, not an error condition
The same Contact/Account record shows enrichment data correctly in the standard Lightning UI
Data Cloud Enrichment Related Lists are not supported on Aura-based Experience Cloud sites. This is a platform limitation. Aura sites (e.g., Customer Service, Partner Central, Customer Account Portal templates) do not support the underlying runtime required to render Data Cloud enrichment data in related list components.
There is currently no workaround to make Data Cloud Enrichment Related Lists render data on Aura sites.
