Incorrect 'Modify' action on Technical Products during subsequent MACD order

Описание
During a second MACD order on an existing asset, adding an optional product caused order decomposition to assign Modify to all Technical Products even though the parent Commercial Products showed No Change. This incorrect decomposition broke downstream OM plans and blocked order fulfillment.
Решение
  1.  Validate whether the issue occurs specifically when using the assetToOrder standard cart API, and compare the behaviour with the OOB CPQ_AssetViewerOrderFlow if needed to confirm the scenario.
  2. Before invoking the assetToOrder API, align the ServiceAccountId and BillingAccountId values on the order with the corresponding Inventory Item and Asset records.
