ITSM:Navigation Tile Menu component not visible in ITSM Portal for Standard users (non system-admins)

Descrizione

Currently, the out-of-the-box Navigation Tile Menu component is not visible for Standard users (non system-admins) in the ITSM Portal. 

Risoluzione

This is working as design. The Navigation Tile Menu component will not be seen by the  Standard users (non system-admins) as the users shall be able to login to Salesforce LEX to raise the required requests.
