You are unable to log in to the Nettools application. Attempts to access the application result in authentication failures or prevent successful login.

CAUSE

 

The Nettools application is failing to authenticate due to incorrect, outdated, or unverified credentials configured within the application's properties in Runtime Manager. For deployed applications, the credentials used by the Nettools application are typically sourced from these Runtime Manager properties.

 

SOLUTION

 
1. Navigate to Runtime Manager: Log in to Anypoint Platform and navigate to the Runtime Manager service.
2. Select the Nettools Application: From the Applications list, select the specific Nettools application instance you are attempting to access.
3. Access Application Settings: Go to the "Settings" tab for the selected application.
4. Verify or Update Credentials: Review the application properties configured under the "Properties" section.

* Identify properties related to authentication, such as username, password, api.key, or other custom credential fields that the Nettools application uses for authentication.

* Ensure that the values for these properties are correct and match the expected credentials.

* If necessary, update the property values with the correct credentials.

5. Apply Changes: Click "Apply Changes" to save any updates to the application properties.
6. Restart Application (if required): Depending on the nature of the property changes, a restart of the application may be necessary for the new credentials to take effect.
7. Attempt Login: After verifying and updating the credentials, attempt to log in to the Nettools application again.
