レポートアクションのステップアップ認証に関連して、以下の既知の事象 (Known Issues) が確認されています。それぞれの事象の具体的な事象、および詳細な状況については、各リンク先の内容をご確認ください。

分析タブやAnalytics Studioタブからレポートへのアクセス時のエラー
分析タブやAnalytics Studioタブからレポートにアクセスした際にエラーが発生する。
詳細は、Known Issue: "step-up authentication" option is enabled for a Report, An error occurs when accessing Reports from the "Analysis" tab or the "Analytics Studio". をご確認ください。
エクスポート実行後のClassic UIへの遷移およびエラー
ステップアップ認証のクールダウン期間が終了した後に「詳細のみ」のエクスポートを行うと、認証画面を経由した後にClassic UIに遷移する。
なお、xlsx形式を選択した場合はエラーが表示されます。

レポートページ移動時における Salesforce Voice の切断
レポートページに移動した際に、進行中の Salesforce Voice の音声通話が切断される。
