Advanced Agentforce Flow Administration Superbadge: Trailhead Challenge Help

Introduction

This article provides resources to help learners complete hands-on superbadge challenges on Trailhead. It includes challenge-specific resources, troubleshooting techniques, and links to Salesforce documentation and Trailhead learning to support successful completion of these technical assessments.

About Superbadges

Superbadges assess your understanding and ability to apply key concepts, tools, and methodologies in a hands-on practice environment. These technical assessments bridge the gap between what you’ve learned and how you can apply those skills in real-world scenarios. Completing a superbadge shows your ability to work on Salesforce implementations, demonstrates your expertise, and can help with certification preparation.

How Is a Superbadge Different from Other Badges  on Trailhead?

Badges introduce you to specific topics in bite-sized units, and projects give you hands-on practice via step-by-step instructions. Superbadges present the requirements in a narrative format with multiple hands-on challenges. Trailblazers need to complete the challenges by configuring a technical solution in a special Salesforce Developer Edition org. Read more about how the Salesforce Program Agreement applies to superbadges.

General Notes

This superbadge is designed for Trailblazers who have advanced understanding of Agentforce Builder and Flow Builder.

Each superbadge includes recommended learning. Completing the recommended learning for each superbadge is the best way to prepare for the superbadge challenges. Many concepts tested in the superbadge are covered in the recommended learning.

Make sure you’re using the org specified to complete the challenges. For this superbadge, Agentforce Advanced Flow Administration, please use this page to sign up for the special Developer Edition org with the configuration you need to pass the challenges.

Important Note: If Einstein is enabled in your org, you may still see an error message indicating that Einstein is not enabled. If this happens, please toggle Einstein off and then on again and refresh the page.

Check out the Superbadge Challenge Help article for more notes on completing superbadges.

Accessibility Considerations for This Superbadge

If you encounter accessibility issues with the content, use the resources provided in the Get help with this badge widget on the superbadge page.

The following articles provide additional accessibility resources.

When working with Decision elements in Flow Builder, the Items list containing the outcomes presents some unexpected behaviors for screen readers. General workarounds for JAWS and NVDA follow.

JAWS Users: Attempting to enter the list directly with forms mode loses focus and moves focus out of the list.

To access the Items list containing the decision outcomes, perform the following steps:

A. Turn JAWS virtual cursor off and navigate to the Items list using TAB and SHIFT TAB.
B. Once focused on the list of outcomes, use the arrow keys to move to the desired outcome.
C. Press ENTER to select an outcome from the Items list.
D. TAB into the Label field to verify the correct outcome has been selected.

NVDA Users:

A. Place focus on the Items list and manually enter focus mode.
B. Once focused on the list of outcomes, use the arrow keys to move to the desired outcome.
C. Press ENTER to select an outcome from the Items list.
D. TAB into the Label field to verify the correct outcome has been selected.

Challenge Resources for Agentforce Advanced Flow Administration

Resources for Completing Challenge: Create a Subagent that Handles Cases

Review and Adjust Configuration

Brewster’s configuration doesn’t include the default General FAQ subagent. The General FAQ subagent depends on Data360 architecture, which isn't used in this superbadge.

Additional Resources

Review the provided Get Store And Asset With Input flow before making changes. Debugging the provided flow can help you understand how Brewster retrieves store and asset information. Review the Agent Customization with Flows badge for more information on running in user and system context, as well as setting input/output variables with descriptions, and making the flow ready for use as an agent action.

Additional Resources

Create a Subagent for Equipment Case Management

Configure the subagent according to the challenge requirements. The Hands-On Challenge validates the required instructions, topics, and actions.

Additional Resources

Resources for Completing Challenge: Configure a Flow and Prompt for Recommendation

Create a Flow that Gathers Recent Cases

Review the flow requirements carefully before you begin. Later steps depend on the flow returning the expected information. Configure the flow inputs and outputs according to the challenge requirements so they can be used by the prompt template. Activate the flow before continuing to the next subsection.

Additional Resources

Update a Prompt Template with Recent Cases

Verify that the prompt template references the flow created in the previous subsection. Ensure the prompt template uses the flow outputs specified in the challenge requirements. Review the generated recommendation to confirm the prompt is using the expected case information before continuing.

Additional Resources

Resources for Completing Challenge: Turn Recommendations Into Approval Actions

This challenge completes Brewster's end-to-end workflow. Verify that the agent, subagent, flow, prompt template, and actions from the previous challenges are configured correctly before continuing.

Complete the Approval Flow

Build the approval flow according to the challenge requirements. Later steps depend on this flow being available. Review the flow's inputs and outputs before continuing. They are used when configuring the associated agent action.

Create an Action for Approval Handling

Associate the action with the approval flow you created in the previous subsection. Review the completed action configuration before continuing. The Hands-On Challenge validates the action's configuration and its association with the approval flow.

As a reminder, a superbadge is a great way for you to assess your skills and knowledge and work on your problem-solving abilities. You'll get the most value by working hard to figure things out on your own. However, if you get stuck, you're welcome to reach out to the Trailblazer community. You can also help fellow Trailblazers who are stuck in a challenge, just remember that your superbadge org and solutions should never be shared.
