Issue Summary: Named Credential connections created via BYOC (Bring Your Own Credential) fail at runtime in HSF (High Scale Flow) environments. Connection creation succeeds in the UI, but flows fail when executed.

Steps to Reproduce:
When using Bring Your Own Credential (BYOC) to connect a MuleSoft connector with an existing Salesforce Named Credential in a High Scale Flow environment, the connection is created successfully but fails at runtime with no clear error message. This issue does not affect connections created through the standard Connection Management flow.

Workaround:
Use the standard authentication method (Connection Management-created credentials) instead of BYOC Named Credentials when running flows in HSF. Standard auth connections work as expected.
Affected Connectors: All connectors using BYOC in HSF (NetSuite is the primary impacted connector as it relies heavily on Named Credentials)
Impact: Customers using BYOC with HSF will see runtime failures. This does not block standard auth users
