How to Deactivate or Bypass the vlocity_ins.InsuranceQuote Managed Trigger That Is Causing Errors

Description

Managed triggers cannot be deactivated via Setup → Apex Triggers because they are part of the installed package. However, Vlocity Insurance provides a custom setting mechanism to control trigger execution.

The vlocity_ins__TriggerSetup__c custom setting allows enabling/disabling specific triggers

Resolution

Disable Quote.EnableStateModel

  1. Setup → Custom Settings → `vlocity_ins__TriggerSetup__c` → Manage
  2. Look for Quote.EnableStateModel 
  3. Edit → Uncheck Trigger On
