Insurance Policy Transaction Record Does Not Display in Related List on Policy Version - Only Shows on Original Policy

Description

When performing a Mid-Term Adjustment (MTA) using the Endorse Policy Service , the InsurancePolicyTransactions does not appear in the related list on the Policy version's record page. It only displays on the original/root policy's related list.
