InsPolicyService:createRenewalQuote — Renewal Quote Name Field Not Populated from Source Insurance Policy's PolicyName

Description

When using the InsPolicyService:createRenewalQuote service to generate a renewal quote, the system inherently maps the source InsurancePolicy.Name field to the target Quote.Name field. Because the service does not evaluate the InsurancePolicy.PolicyName attribute, the renewal quote name is not automatically populated with the policy name value.
