Kuvaus

When a user opens a Tableau view from within the Microsoft Teams app, the view fails to load and displays a blank page. No error or warning is shown — the interaction simply results in an empty frame.

Ratkaisu
  1. In Tableau Cloud, navigate to Settings → Connected Apps and open the connected app used for the Microsoft Teams integration.

  2. Locate the Domain allow-list setting for the connected app.

  3. Either select All domains, or, if your organization's policy requires restricting domains, set the allow-list to specific domains and add the following Microsoft Teams-related domains:

    tableau-ms-teams-prod-gycea7csh5hsbfh5.a02.azurefd.net
    teams.microsoft.com
    *.teams.microsoft.com
    teams.cloud.microsoft
    *.teams.cloud.microsoft
    *.sharepoint.com

  4. Save the connected app settings, then reload a Tableau view from within the Teams app to confirm it now displays.
