Product Hierarchy section in the Admin Console appears empty or fails to load.

Resolution Steps:

1. In the Admin Console, Navigate to "Products" tile and select "Product Configuration" section

2. Ensure "Life Science Marketable Product Field Name" is set to a valid field (not None).

3. Create LifeSciMarketableProduct records with the required fields: ProductId (must link to a valid Product2 record), ParentProductId (required to establish parent-child hierarchy), Status (must be set to Active), MarketableProductType (must match a Product Specification Record Type).

4. Regenerate the metadata cache.
