Description

Admins are unable to schedule Email Jobs in the LSC Admin Console. An error message states: 'We are currently in maintenance. Please contact your administrator.

Root Cause

The setting "Don't allow batch job execution when the org is in maintenance mode" is enabled under Profile Based App Settings, blocking all scheduled job execution.

 

Résolution

Resolution Steps

  1. Navigate to the Admin Console and Click on "Mobile" tile

  2. Locate Profile Based App Settings.

  3. Find and deselect the option: "Don't allow batch job execution when the org is in maintenance mode."

  4. Retry scheduling the jobs.
