Medical Insights and Field Insights Objects Are Not Available in Life Sciences Workflow Paths

When configuring Workflow Paths in the Life Sciences Admin Console, administrators may find that the Medical Insights and Field Insights objects are not available for selection.

This behavior is expected. Currently, Medical Insights and Field Insights are not supported objects for Workflow Paths in Life Sciences Cloud. As a result, they do not appear in the list of available objects and cannot be used when creating or modifying Workflow Paths.

This is a product limitation and is not related to user permissions or configuration settings.

Lösning
  • There is currently no workaround available.
  • Medical Insights and Field Insights are not supported for use with Workflow Paths in Life Sciences Cloud and therefore cannot be selected during configuration.
  • If support for these objects would be beneficial to your organization, consider submitting a product enhancement request through the Salesforce Idea Exchange for evaluation in a future release.
