Agentforce Revenue Management: Product Not Visible in Browse Catalog – Troubleshooting Guide

Fecha de publicación: Jul 21, 2026
Descripción

When a product does not appear in the Browse Catalog in Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly known as Revenue Cloud Advanced), the root cause is generally related to product configuration, pricing synchronization, catalog assignment, or Product Discovery configuration.

Please follow the resolution steps provided to resolve the issue.

Solución
1. Verify Product Configuration
Ensure the product is configured correctly:
  • Active = True
  • Sell Only with Other Products = False
  • The product has an assigned Product Selling Model (PSM).
  • The product has a valid Price Book Entry (with the Product Selling Model populated) in the Price Book associated with the Quote or Order.
  • The product is assigned to the appropriate Catalog.
  • The product is assigned to at least one Category within that Catalog.
  • The product's Availability Date is not set to a future date.

2. Refresh the Decision Table Used for List Price

After creating or modifying products, refresh the Decision Table (or Lookup Table) used by the List Price element in the Product Discovery Pricing Procedure.

For the standard implementation:

  • Open App Launcher.
  • Navigate to Lookup Tables.
  • Open Price Book Entries V2.
  • Click Refresh.
  • Wait for the refresh process to complete.

Refreshing the Decision Table synchronizes the latest pricing data and often resolves Browse Catalog visibility issues within a few minutes.

Note: Organizations may use a custom Decision Table or Lookup Table to determine the List Price. Review the List Price element in the Pricing Procedure to identify the configured data source, and refresh or synchronize that table accordingly.

3. Verify the Product Discovery Pricing Procedure and Context Definition
  • The Product Discovery Pricing Procedure has valid effective start and end dates, and the current date falls within the effective period.
  • The Context Definition used by the Pricing Procedure is active and has valid effective dates.
  • The Product Discovery Settings reference the same Context Definition configured in the Product Discovery Pricing Procedure. A mismatch between the Product Discovery Settings and the Pricing Procedure can prevent products from appearing in the Browse Catalog.

4. Rebuild the Product Discovery Search Index

If products were recently created or significant configuration changes were made:

  • Rebuild the Product Discovery Search Index.

An outdated search index can prevent newly created or modified products from appearing in the Browse Catalog.

5. Verify Salesforce Pricing Configuration

Review the Salesforce Pricing configuration and confirm that:

  • Salesforce Pricing Setup is configured correctly.
  • Product Discovery Settings are configured correctly.

Incorrect or incomplete pricing configuration can impact product visibility in the Browse Catalog.

6. Sync Pricing Data (Initial Setup or New Org)

If this is a newly provisioned org or the first-time setup of Revenue Cloud:

  • Navigate to Setup.
  • Search for Salesforce Pricing Setup.
  • Click Sync.
  • Wait several minutes for the synchronization to complete.
  • Refresh the Quote or Order and verify whether the product appears in the Browse Catalog.
Note: Sync Pricing Data is intended primarily for initial setup or newly created organizations. It has platform limitations and should not be executed repeatedly or multiple times within the same hour, as excessive synchronization requests may not complete successfully or could impact performance.
