Sub Status of Insurance Policy Object Remains "Draft" After Out-of-Sequence Endorsement (OOSE)

Beschreibung

The OOSE process updates the Sub Status field of superseded policy versions on the Insurance Policy object. If the required "Out-of-Sequence Canceled" status value is not available in the org, the Sub Status field is not updated and remains in the default "Draft" state.

Lösung

Create a new picklist value with the label and API name as "Out-of-Sequence Canceled", for the Sub Status field on the Insurance Policy object.

This picklist value is not included in the package deployment metadata and must be configured manually in each org that uses OOSE functionality.

After the picklist value is created, superseded policy versions processed through OOSE will be updated with the correct Sub Status of "Out-of-Sequence Canceled".
