This issue occurs when a user attempts to reverse or cancel a processed accrual Transaction Journal using Reverse Transaction, a Cancel Accrual flow action, or an accrual cancellation invocable action.
The operation fails with the following message:
"You can't reverse the accrual transaction because the transaction journal includes debit ledgers."
An accrual reversal requires Salesforce Loyalty Management to remove the exact points that were originally credited by the accrual. If those points have already been consumed by a subsequent debit transaction, the original credit ledger becomes associated with one or more debit ledgers and can no longer be cleanly reversed.
The issue occurs when either of the following conditions is true:

Even when the member's overall balance appears sufficient, the reversal can still fail if the specific points credited by the accrual have already been consumed and linked to debit ledger transactions.
