System admins who are setting up CMDB (Configuration Management Database) might see that CMDB is locked under setup.
Steps to Navigate:
When this occurs, improper CMDB provisioning could be the root cause. To resolve such scenarios, follow the below steps:
Once the provisioning is successful, navigate back to CMDB under setup, you shall see that CMDB is now unlocked.
NOTE: If you continue to face the issue even after re-provisioning, please raise a Salesforce Support Ticket.
