Description

IT service solution installation fails when "Enable list of cases linked to an article in Salesforce Classic (Classic Only)" is disabled.

 

  1. Navigated to Salesforce Go → IT Service Standard Solution.
  2. Click Install.
  3. Observe the error message in deployment details.

 

Resolution
  1. Navigate to knowledge settings from salesforce setup
  2. Click edit.
  3. Enable "Enable list of cases linked to an article in Salesforce Classic (Classic Only)"
  4. Click Save.
