Action Plan List (Component) don't support Task Record Types

1. Task displays correct Status values on the standard Salesforce Task record page and recognize that the inconsistent filtering is limited to the Action Plans Edit Tasks modal.
2. Set the intended Task Record Type as the default Task Record Type at the profile level if tasks are being created without an explicitly assigned record type, because the system otherwise defaults to the Master record type.
3. This behavior in Action Plans is a known product limitation and currently working as designed.
