Marketing Cloud Engagement accounts that are integrated with Salesforce Orgs that have Event Monitoring enabled will be impacted by the new Transaction Security Policy Enhancements.
Enforcement of new Permission and default TSP
This policy will be triggered when an export exceeds 10,000 records causing step-up authentication to be triggered. If step-up authentication is not configured the export will be blocked, until configured.
Currently all Salesforce Orgs that are integrated with Marketing Cloud Connect bypass the step-up authentication when performing actions related to Marketing Cloud Connect, this does not apply to it being triggered by default TSP.
