UEL users are not able to access survey

UEL users are unable to access survey and face" URL No Longer Exists" error.

  1. Create an incident from the site.
  2. Configure surveys if not already configured.
  3. Access the incident as admin → update the ReportedBy Id with UEL user (the user who reported the incident).
  4. Resolve the incident.
  5. UEL user will receive an email with the survey.
  6. On accessing the Survey link > the page returns the URL No Longer Exists page.
Risoluzione

This is working as expected, authenticated access with UEL fails due to license constraints and this cannot be granted by permission sets because assignment is not allowed for the license.

 

As a workaround configure the invitation to allow unauthenticated participation by setting isAuthenticated = false and enabling Unique link = true, so that recipients access the survey without logging in while preserving invitation integrity.
