Twin Fields Not Populating on Renewal and Amendment Quote Lines When Calculation Service Uses an Integration User

Description

Salesforce CPQ Calculation Service runs in the context of the Integration User. If the Integration User lacks Read access to the source field or Edit access to the target field, twin field mapping will not populate values on Renewal or Amendment Quote Lines.

Resolution

Verify whether the Platform Integration User has edit access to the Quote Line Object and twin field used.

Assign the required read and edit access permission through the CPQIntegrationUserPermSetGroup permission's to the Platform Integration User.
