Deployment Fails with 404 "No Asset Matching Given Parameters" After Java 17 Migration and Mule Maven Plugin 4.7.0 Upgrade

Deployment fails with:

{"status":404,"error":"Not Found","message":"Failed to retrieve artifact information from Exchange. Reason: 404 There is no asset matching given parameters.","path":"/organizations/<orgId>/environments/<envId>/deployments/<deploymentId>"}

Build logs show BUILD SUCCESS and confirm the artifact was "Uploaded to ExchangeRepository". The asset version is not visible in the Exchange UI, despite successful upload logs. Issue only occurs with Java 17 / Maven 3.9.12+; Java 8 with Mule Maven Plugin 4.1.1 worked fine.
Решение

Switch the repository and distribution management URL to the v3 endpoint. Note this requires additional plugin and configuration changes
