Multi-Picklist Fields Not Available in Marketing Cloud Next Forms and Form Handlers

Description

Currently only the below field types are supported for use in Marketing Cloud Next Forms and Form Handlers:

Only the following field types are available for mapping:

  • Single-select picklists
  • Text
  • Email
  • Date
  • Number
  • Checkbox
  • Other standard input types

 

 

Resolution
There is currently no configuration change that will make Multi-Picklist fields available at this time. Use one of the following workarounds:

  1. Use a single-select picklist — Replace the Multi-Picklist field with a single-select picklist field in your data model if capturing one value is sufficient.
  2. Capture as a text field — Map the value to a text field and allow users to enter comma-separated values. You can then use a downstream Salesforce Flow to parse and populate the Multi-Picklist field on save.
