Timesheet Records Not Visible in Lightning Experience

Publish Date: Jul 7, 2026
Description
Affected Components:
  • Object: Timesheet
  • User Type: Integration Users
  • Environment: SF Lightning Experience / Mobile App

Root Cause:
The Timesheet entity is associated with the Field Service permission. If a user's permission set does not include the "Field Service" system permission, Timesheet records will not be accessible — even if the user has been granted object-level access to Home Health objects.

Resolution
To resolve this issue, assign the Field Service system permission to the affected user's permission set by following these steps:

  1. Go to SetupPermission Sets
  2. Open the permission set assigned to the integration user (or create a new one)
  3. Click System Permissions
  4. Enable Field Service Standard
  5. Click Save
  6. Assign the permission set to the affected user if not already assigned

Verification:
Once the Field Service permission is assigned, navigate to the Timesheet record and confirm it is now accessible without errors.
