This article explains the issue where verification files uploaded via Intelligent Context in Data 360 are not reflected in the Unstructured Data Model Object (UDMO). This feature serves as a workspace for testing index settings, and the files are not stored.
Sample files uploaded to Intelligent Context are not stored in the Unstructured Data Model Object (UDMO).
Intelligent Context is a workspace dedicated to testing and tuning index settings, and uploaded sample files are only referenced during configuration adjustments. Therefore, after you click [Publish] on the Intelligent Context, only the files within the specified UDMO will be targeted for the search index. Sample files on the Intelligent Context are excluded from the search index.
To include files in the search index, upload them directly to the Unstructured Data Model Object (UDMO).
For example, if the UDMO was created from the Agentforce Data Library, re-upload the files via the Agentforce Data Library.
