Service Territories Not Visible in the Dispatcher Console – Gantt Chart

Users report that Service Territories and their associated Service Territory Members (STMs) do not appear in the Dispatcher Console Gantt chart, despite all Service Territories being correctly added to the Territory filter.

This behavior occurs due to the Skills filter in the Gantt chart. When one or more skills are selected under the Skills filter, the Gantt chart restricts the display to only those Service Territories and STMs whose members possess the selected skills — regardless of which Service Territories have been selected in the Territory filter. This filter interaction causes the expected Service Territories and STMs to be hidden from view.

Løsning
To ensure all selected Service Territories and their associated STMs are displayed correctly in the Gantt chart, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Dispatcher Console and navigate to the Gantt chart.
  2. Click on the Filter options within the Gantt chart.
  3. Go to the Skills filter section.
  4. Deselect all selected skills to clear the Skills filter.
  5. The Gantt chart will now display all Service Territories and their STMs as expected.
