Prep Conductor fails to start after adding additional node to the single node of Tableau Server

1. Add static hostname mappings in the hosts file on each Tableau Server node so that each server can resolve the other node by hostname.

For example, On the first node, add the entry mapping the second node IP address to its hostname. On the second node, add the entry mapping the first node IP address to its hostname.

2. After saving the hosts file entries, verify hostname resolution from both nodes by pinging each server by hostname from the other server.

3. Restart Tableau Server by running tsm restart, then run tsm status -v to confirm that all services, including Prep Conductor, start successfully.
