Task Related List Not Displaying Tasks on iPad in Life Sciences Cloud

Description

In Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, when accessing  from the iPad application, , the Related List – Life Sciences component does not display Task records. This behavior is not observed on the desktop web.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the Life Sciences Cloud application on an iPad.
  2. Navigate to a record (e.g., Account, Contact, or a related object) that should have Tasks listed in its related list.
  3. Observe that the Task related list appears empty, even though Task records exist and are visible on the desktop web.
Résolution

This is a known limitation of the Life Sciences Cloud iPad application.
The Tasks component is not supported in the Related List – Life Sciences component on the LSC iPad.
