ITSM:Something went wrong with the context service error on Unified Catalog component

Description
System admins and community users when navigate to the Unified Catalog component page in the ITSM Site, they may encounter the error: "Something went wrong with the context service. Ask your Salesforce admin for help." on the page.
Resolution
To fix the, the system administrator can follow the below steps:
- Navigate to Setup
- Search for Context Service Settings
- Toggle ON the Context Definitions option
This shall fix the error on the Unified Catalog component on the site.
