The Sales Agreement Mass Update (Metrics) functionality displays the metrics configured in the Sales Commitment Metric Group. In this scenario, custom metric fields configured in the metric group are visible for System Administrator users but are not displayed for certain non-System Administrator users.
Although the affected users have the necessary object permissions and field-level Read/Edit access, the application displays only a limited set of standard updateable fields instead of the configured custom metrics. As a result, users are unable to select or update the custom metrics through the Sales Agreement Mass Update functionality.
Ensure that the affected users have the 'View Setup and Configuration' system permission enabled through their Profile or a Permission Set. This permission allows the application to read the Sales Commitment Metric Group configuration from Salesforce Setup. Once enabled, the configured custom metrics will be displayed in the Sales Agreement Mass Update (Metrics) dropdown.
