AGENTFORCE: Sessions & Intents Shows "No Interaction Data Available" in Agentforce Studio

Users may observe one or more of the following symptoms:
  • The Agent dropdown displays "No Interaction Data A..." with no selectable agents.
  • The Sessions & Intents page shows: "We can't display interaction data. Make sure your agent is active, the latest SSOT package is installed, and the agent has had interactions."
  • The Analytics tab may show data while Sessions & Intents remains completely blank.
  • Issue is mostly observed in Sandbox environments.
  • Navigating to Setup → Ingestion API shows the AgentOpt connector with a status of Disconnected.

 

Root Cause:

In Sandbox environments, the AgentOpt Ingestion API connector (Data Cloud → External Integrations → Ingestion API) can become Disconnected. This connector is responsible for ingesting AI Agent tag and session optimization data (objects: AiAgentTag, AiAgentTagAssociation, AiAgentTagDefinition, AiAgentTagDefinitionAssociation) into Data Cloud. When disconnected, Sessions & Intents has no data to display.

 

Reason for the Disconnect: 

This can happen when:

- There's a caching delay in the tracing framework.
- The session state wasn't fully propagated to the trace viewer.

 

Løsning
Resolution:
Re-activate the AgentOpt Ingestion API connector by following these steps:
  1. Go to Setup → In the Quick Find box, search for Ingestion API
  2. Under Data Cloud → External Integrations, click Ingestion API
  3. Locate the AgentOpt connector — confirm its status shows Disconnected
  4. Click on AgentOpt to open the connector details
  5. Click the Activate button in the top-right corner
  6. Wait a few minutes for the connector status to update to Connected / In Use
  7. Navigate back to Agentforce Studio → Sessions & Intents and verify data is now loading

Note:
  • After re-activation, allow up to 45–60 minutes for session data to populate in the Sessions & Intents view. 
  • This does not cause any loss of Data, just the Sessions are not visible in the UI view.
