Data pubblicazione: Jul 11, 2026
Descrizione
CAUSE 1: HEALTH CLOUD SETUP NOT ENABLED IN THE ORG
   - Symptom: Health Cloud options do not automatically appear in Setup after the contract is finalized.
   - Resolution:
     a. Enable "Health Cloud Settings" and "Industries Settings" via Setup.
     b. Assign mandatory Permission Set Licenses (e.g., HealthCloudAddOn, HealthCloudPlatform, or add-ons like HealthCloudGroupBenefits/AgentforceForHealthCloud).
     c. Assign associated Permission Sets (e.g., Health Cloud Admin) to targeted users.
     d. Turn on "OmniStudio Settings" if using OmniScripts, FlexCards, or Integration Procedures.

CAUSE 2: MANAGED PACKAGE ACCESS FOR PRE-SUMMER 2024 CUSTOMERS - Symptom: An older org requires the legacy managed package but it is missing from Installed Packages. - Resolution: a. Check Setup > Installed Packages for namespace 'HealthCloudGA'. b. If absent, retrieve the unique installation URL provided during original provisioning, or log a Salesforce Support case to obtain it. c. Complete post-installation steps via the package configuration menu.

CAUSE 3: PROCESS LIBRARY COMPONENTS NOT AUTO-PROVISIONED - Symptom: Expected process library components (e.g., Group Benefits Quoting OmniScripts, enrollment flows, census management, or DPE definitions) are missing even though the SKU is active. - Resolution: a. Verify the active SKU under Company Information > Permission Set Licenses. b. If present but components are missing, log a case with Salesforce Technical Support specifying the SKU, Org ID, and missing assets. c. For sandboxes, match production license, spin up a new copy from production after components are provisioned, or request a separate deployment to the sandbox.
