In Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Financial Account records are expected to roll up to a Household (group) record when record rollups are enabled at the group level. Users may find that Financial Accounts are not rolling up to the Household after configuring householding, or that a Financial Account does not save to the Household.
As part of Managed Package feature, Rollups fail to appear when the Group Record Rollups setting or the Rollup Summary setting is not enabled in the Wealth Application Config custom setting. The feature requires the Financial Services Cloud managed package and System Administrator access to the Custom Settings in Setup.
FSC record rollups are controlled by the Wealth Application Config custom setting. When Group Record Rollups or Rollup Summary is not enabled, Financial Accounts do not aggregate onto the Household record.
When record rollups are enabled at the group level, corresponding records are stamped with the Primary Group in the FinServ__Household__c lookup field. Financial Accounts that are not linked to a Primary Group will not roll up.
After enabling the settings and confirming the rollup definitions:
