Financial Services Cloud: ARC Relationship Graph not visible on Person Account pages

Data pubblicazione: Jul 13, 2026
Descrizione

In Financial Services Cloud (FSC), the Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) Relationship Graph may not display on Person Account record pages. In some cases, adding the ARC Relationship Graph component to a Lightning record page results in an "invalid component" error. The Relationships component may also display relationship records on the associated Household record while no graph is shown on the related Person Account record, even though the underlying relationship records exist.

This behavior is typically caused by incomplete configuration. The ARC Relationship Graph requires the appropriate Financial Services Cloud and ARC configuration, the component to be added and activated on the Person Account Lightning record page, active relationship type picklist values, and sufficient object and field permissions. This article applies to Financial Services Cloud organizations that use Person Accounts and the Actionable Relationship Center to visualize account and household relationships.

Risoluzione

The following configuration enables the Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) Relationship Graph to display on Person Account record pages in Financial Services Cloud and resolves the "invalid component" error that may occur when adding the ARC Relationship Graph component to a Lightning record page.

Confirm Financial Services Cloud and ARC prerequisites

The ARC Relationship Graph is available only after the required Financial Services Cloud features are configured.

  • Verify that the Financial Services Cloud managed package is installed.
  • Verify that Person Accounts are enabled.
  • Verify that the Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) has been configured.

Add the ARC Relationship Graph component to the Person Account record page

The ARC Relationship Graph is displayed only on Lightning record pages where the component has been added and activated. Adding the component to a Household record page does not make it available on Person Account record pages.

  1. Open a Person Account record.
  2. Select Edit Page from the Lightning page actions.
  3. In Lightning App Builder, locate the ARC Relationship Graph component.
  4. Drag the component onto the desired region of the page.
  5. Save and activate the Lightning page for the appropriate app, record type, and user profiles.
  6. Refresh the Person Account record page.

Verify object and field access

The ARC Relationship Graph requires read access to the objects and fields used to construct relationship data.

  • Verify that users have read access to the required objects, including Account, Contact, Reciprocal Role, and any additional objects used by the relationship graph.
  • Verify that field-level security grants read access to the fields required to build the relationship graph.

Verify active Association Type picklist values

ARC relationship visualization depends on active values in the Association Type picklist on the Account-Account Relationship object.

  1. Navigate to Setup > Object Manager > Account-Account Relationship > Fields & Relationships.
  2. Open the Association Type field.
  3. Verify that the required picklist values are active.
  4. Activate or add any required values, and then save the changes.

Verify the graph

After completing the configuration:

  • Open a Person Account that contains existing relationship records.
  • Refresh the record page.
  • Verify that the ARC Relationship Graph displays the expected relationships.

If relationship records exist but the graph does not appear, verify that the ARC Relationship Graph component has been added and activated on the Person Account Lightning record page and that the required Association Type picklist values are active.
