Field Service Appointment Assistant (FSAA) renders a map on the Appointment booking URL showing appointment status and technician location. After creating a new Experience Cloud site for Appointment Assistant, the map may fail to render — the page loads, but the map area is blank.
The FSAA package uses the following Apex controller classes to retrieve appointment data and render the map on the booking URL:
FSAA.AppointmentAssistantControllerFSAA.AppointmentAssistantControllerTestFSAA.ut_AppointmentAssistantWhen a new Experience Cloud site is created, its automatically generated guest user profile does not include Apex Class Access for these classes. The map rendering call fails silently, resulting in a blank map on the Appointment booking URL.
Grant Apex Class Access for the FSAA controller classes on the guest user profile for the Appointment Assistant site:
FSAA.AppointmentAssistantControllerFSAA.AppointmentAssistantControllerTestFSAA.ut_AppointmentAssistant005388927
