Q: Will my retired certification remain on my Trailblazer Profile?
A. Yes. All retired certifications remain on your Trailblazer Profile as part of your professional history, marked as "Retired".
Q: Do I need to complete maintenance for a retiring certification?
A: No. Maintenance requirements for retiring certifications have been removed. Although maintenance is no longer required, you may choose to complete the associated maintenance badge if it’s available to continue your learning journey.
Q: What happens if I have a retiring exam scheduled after its delivery closure?
A: Reschedule or cancel your appointment per the Salesforce Certification Exam Reschedule and Cancellation Policy. If you do not reschedule or cancel, Salesforce will cancel the appointment on your behalf.
Q: Will Salesforce provide free exam vouchers?
A: No. Courtesy vouchers will not be provided for retiring certifications.
