When using MuleSoft Vibes, you may encounter the following error:

Error Message
[SALESFORCE] Your org has Data Masking enabled through the Einstein Trust Layer, which limits how much context can be sent to the model.

To resolve this issue:
- Start a new task to reset the context
- Reduce the amount of information in your request

This happens because the total prompt size (input + previous messages) exceeds the character limit enforced by the Einstein Trust Layer when Data Masking is turned on. Large prompts, long conversation history, or complex task inputs can trigger this failure.

Lösning

To resolve the error in MuleSoft Vibes, use one of the following options:

  1. Reduce the prompt size
    Shorten the input text, remove unnecessary content, or split the task into smaller requests
  2. Disable data masking (if permitted by your org's security policies)
    Configure in Salesforce Setup → Einstein Trust Layer → Data Masking settings.
  3. Start a new task to reset the context
