Описание

OmnistudioCronJob is a standard internal scheduled job that supports Omnistudio. Salesforce schedules it automatically the first time a user previews or interacts with an Omniscript or Flexcard. After it's scheduled in an org, it stays in place and isn't rescheduled each time another user takes the same action. 

The job logs your org's Omnistudio configuration and settings, as listed below.

No action is required on this.

  • OmnistudioCronJob is a standard internal scheduled job that supports Omnistudio.

  • Salesforce creates it automatically when a user previews or interacts with an Omniscript or Flexcard.

  • The user shown in Scheduled Jobs is only the user whose session first triggered the scheduling. It doesn't mean that the user owns or controls the job.

  • The job runs in the Automated Process user context, regardless of the user shown.

  • Don't delete the job. If it's removed, Salesforce recreates it the next time a user previews or interacts with an Omniscript or Flexcard.

  • Deactivating or deleting the user shown against the job doesn’t stop the job from being recreated.
