Viewing Saved/Submitted Assessments from "All Assessments" shows a Rendering Glitch on the Second Screen.

On a Completed Assessment, the fields (second step onwards) initially appear as if they are editable (displaying a standard white background/input state). 
The UI only refreshes to correctly display them as greyed out/read-only, only after the user attempts to interact with them.

Steps to Reproduce :

• Open a previously saved/completed assessment.
• Navigate to the second screen of the assessment.
• Observe: The fields initially look active and editable.
• Click on any of the input fields.
• Observe: The field immediately switches to a grayed-out, read-only state.
