Agentforce Sales Coach: Configure Coaching Scenarios in NGA Builder (Agent Script)

Description

Following the Summer ’26 major release, customers are unable to configure Coaching Scenarios for newly created Agentforce Sales Coach Agents within the Next-Generation Agent (NGA) workspace.

As part of the Summer ’26 transition, the ability to create Agentforce Sales Coach agents within the legacy Agentforce Builder has been deprecated, mandating that all new Sales Coach agents be created through NGA. However, once an agent is created in NGA, the UI section dedicated to configuring Coaching Scenarios is missing in draft versions.

Résolution
  1. Open the Agentforce Sales Coach agent in the Next-Generation Agent Builder workspace.
  2. Commit the current agent version by using the commit action in the workspace.
  3. After the version is committed, locate the Scenarios button at the top of the page.
  4. Select the Scenarios button to open the interface where existing Coaching Scenarios can be configured or new Coaching Scenarios can be created.
