CloudHub 2.0 Private Space Stuck in 'Updating' or 'Failed' Status

Veröffentlichungsdatum: Jul 16, 2026
Beschreibung

This issue can occur due to synchronization discrepancies within the MuleSoft backend systems that manage Private Space states. While the underlying infrastructure may be healthy, the displayed status in Anypoint Platform may not accurately reflect the actual state, leading to operational blocks like the inability to perform traffic switching during the migration process.

Lösung
If your CloudHub 2.0 Private Space remains in an 'Updating' or 'Failed' status for an extended period (e.g., several hours), for example, after a platform event like a monthly patch, and you're unable to perform operations such as traffic switching.

1. Open a support case with MuleSoft. And describe the observed status of your Private Space(s).
2. Request that the support team perform a manual synchronization of your Private Space status.
3. Wait for and update from the support team. In case the synchronization action does not work, they might need to escalate the issue to the Eng. Team.
