Revenue Cloud Configurator – STLE Column Drag-and-Drop Causes Column Stuck to Cursor and Page Unresponsiveness

公開日: Jul 20, 2026
説明

The Sales Transaction Line Editor (STLE) in Revenue Cloud (Core) Configurator displays column headers in a way that implies drag-and-drop reordering is available. However, this functionality is not supported. When a user attempts to drag a column header to a new position, the following symptoms occur:

- The column header attaches to the cursor and cannot be dropped into a new position
- The page becomes unresponsive to subsequent drag operations
- A browser refresh is required to restore normal page functionality

This behavior occurs because the STLE component does not include the underlying logic to handle column drop events, leaving the drag action in an unresolvable state. Any user who attempts to reorder columns this way will encounter the issue regardless of browser or environment.

解決策

Column order in STLE must be configured through the Lightning Page Editor before the page is loaded, not through drag-and-drop interaction at runtime. If the stuck-column state has already been triggered, a browser refresh is required first to restore the UI.

1. If a column is currently stuck to the cursor, refresh the browser page to restore the STLE to a usable state.
2. Navigate to the Lightning Page Editor for the page containing the STLE component.
3. Locate the STLE component settings within the editor.
4. Configure the desired column order using the available column configuration options in the editor panel.
5. Save the Lightning page changes.
6. Reload the STLE page to confirm the updated column order is displayed correctly.

Do not attempt to reorder STLE columns using drag-and-drop during an active sales transaction session, as this will trigger the stuck-cursor behavior described above.
