Description

When attempting to access the Exchange Mocking Service for a project within Anypoint Design Center, you are unexpectedly logged out. After re-authenticating, the mocking service fails to load or appear.

 

CAUSE

An internal platform bug within Anypoint Platform GovCloud Edition caused an authentication token invalidation, leading to unexpected logout behavior and preventing the Exchange Mocking Service from initializing and displaying correctly when accessed from Design Center.

 

Résolution

SOLUTION

1. This issue was identified and resolved by a platform-side update. No action is required on your part. The functionality for accessing the Exchange Mocking Service from Design Center has been restored.
