If your Salesforce certification status still shows expired after completing your maintenance badge, use this article to troubleshoot. Common causes include completing the badge on the wrong Trailhead account, sync delays, or a cached page.
Confirm you completed the correct maintenance badge on the Trailhead account linked to your Salesforce certification. If you have multiple accounts, the badge must be on the account connected to your certification record.
1. Confirm the badge is on the right account. Sign into Trailhead.
2. Wait up to 24 hours. Status updates are not instant.
3. Check your Trailblazer profile.
4. Clear your browser cache and reload the page.
5. Open a support case if not updated within 24 hours. Include:
