TimeSheet Owner Blank in List Views When Owner Is a Queue

Julkaisupäivä: Jul 23, 2026
Kuvaus

In Salesforce Field Service, the standard Owner column in Lightning Experience list views shows a blank value for TimeSheet records owned by a queue. This is standard platform behavior — Lightning list views do not resolve queue names through the standard Owner column for several objects, including TimeSheet.

The underlying owner data is intact. The queue name remains visible on the record detail page and in the record header. The same blank Owner behavior can also appear in Related Lists.

Ratkaisu

Add a formula field to the TimeSheet object to display the owner name in list views, then add that field to the list view in place of the standard Owner column.

Create a Text formula field on the TimeSheet object using the following formula:

BLANKVALUE(Owner:Queue.QueueName, Owner:User.FirstName & " " & Owner:User.LastName)

This formula returns the queue name when the owner is a queue, and the technician's full name when the owner is a user. Once the field is created, add it to the list view and remove the standard Owner column.
