Activities Not Displaying for Service Request Object in Experience Sites

Описание

 Unable to add the Activities related list to the Service Request object and needed to display Activities for Service Request records in sites for end users. Although Activities were visible on the Lightning Record Page, still not available in the Page Layout configuration.

Решение

1. Activities are currently not supported across all objects in Experience Cloud, so the same Activities functionality shown on the Lightning Record Page may not be available for the Service Request object there.
2. As a workaround, add or use the Related list component in Experience Cloud to display open activities for the record.
